Welcome,
If you are struggling, you want to feel better. Of course you do. Yet it can be difficult to know where to start, especially when you have little energy to give.
Everyone is different, so therapy offers a space to think together about what a better life would look like for YOU.
- What really matters to you?
- What direction do you want your life to go in?
- Who is important in your life?
- What is getting in the way of you putting energy into these things?
- What helps?
- What makes things worse?
These are difficult questions, and you do not have to navigate them alone.
Progress does not require giant leaps. Small steps in a meaningful direction creates momentum, and momentum is what leads to lasting change. My approach helps people to turn good intentions into meaningful actions, building a better life one step at a time.
Reaching out for support takes courage, just considering therapy is a meaningful step.
